Hi Jackie. This is Oleh from California. About 2 years ago we bought the 30w fully enclosed fiber laser engraver. The laser was walking very good but about 2 weeks ago we got a computer crash that mess up our settings in EzCad. Now the engraving is about 20% larger than it should be. Also, the red pointer is about 3mm off from the actual engraving. Can you please help me out with the settings maybe calibration... Thank you.

This problem is caused by the loss of operating software parameters due to a computer crash. We only need to restore the parameters and the problem would be solved. We sent the previously backed-up parameters to the customer. After the customer reset the settings, the machine worked perfectly again. Please have a look at our conversation below.
