Story Between Us 

This friend is called Lawson Daiki Hamasaki, from Brazil, a beautiful South American country. We first made his acquaintance 3 days ago; Before that, we didn't know each other. Our technical service department received an email from him asking for technical assistance concerning his own cnc equipment which he had bought elsewhere earlier. The specific fault is from the control system – RichAuto A11 hand-held controller.


The entire solution of the problem is done by Email. After two simple email communication, our friend repaired the fault of the CNC machine according to our instructions and made the machine run normally again.
