Warranty

All EagleTec CNC machines are subject to the warranty terms here.

Warranty period starts from the date of shipping. shipment should be arranged in 30 days since the day when machine is ready for shipment. In the case of normal use and maintenance, our customers enjoy warranty as below:

CNC Router and Wood Lathe

Machine base enjoy 24-month warranty. (Not including quality and appearance defects caused by crash during customer unloading, assembly and operation)

Other parts (except Vulnerable parts) enjoy a 12-month warranty.

Consumables do not enjoy warranty, they include router bits, on/off button, limit sensor, indicator light, emergency switch, bearing, belts. But usually, for each of these things, we will take a few extras as spare parts for you.

CNC Plasma Cutter

Machine base enjoy 24-month warranty. (Not including quality and appearance defects caused by crash during customer unloading, assembly and operation)

Plasma source enjoy a 24-month warranty.

Other parts (except Vulnerable parts) enjoy a 12-month warranty.

Consumables do not enjoy warranty, they include electrode, nozzle, on/off button, limit sensor, indicator light, emergency switch, bearing, belts. But usually, for each of these things, we will take a few extras as spare parts for you.

CNC Laser Machine

Whole machine enjoys a 12-months warranty. (except for laser tubes, lens and consumables)

CO2 laser tube enjoy warranty as follows:
40W & 60W tube enjoy 3-month warranty.
80W tube enjoy 8-month warranty.
100W & 150W & 180W enjoy 10-month warranty.

Lens (focusing mirror and reflecting mirror) enjoy a 3-month warranty. It is recommended that you purchase a few more pieces as a spare part.

Consumables do not enjoy warranty, they include on/off button, limit sensor, indicator light, emergency switch, belts. But usually, for each of these things, we will take a few extras as spare parts for you.

Fiber Laser Marking Machine

Whole machine enjoys a 24-month warranty. (Except consumables)

Consumables do not enjoy warranty, they include on/off button, indicator light, emergency switch, belts. But usually, for each of these things, we will take a few extras as spare parts for you.

Limit Terms:
  The above warranty terms are under normal use.

Damage caused by abuse, neglect, no-maintenance is not included in the warranty. Acts of God, fire and etc. are excluded.
