• Heavy-duty machine base is welded with thick-wall steel tubes; it is processed via vibrating stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress. Six legs support it with adjustable leveling feet.

• A water coolant mechanism for tool cooling is equipped to suit for stone working. There are two pieces of nozzle next to the spindle.

• Anti-dust and anti-water design on X & Y axis is good protection for the transmission parts.

• The electric control cabinet is an independent type, which is located next to the machine.  

• The machine comes with a WEIHONG 95A Lambda 3S cnc controller, which is a cnc motion control system based on Windows OS. One cnc pendant would come along with the controller as well.

• The operating software is NcStudio Lambda3S, which comes with the WEIHONG 95A controller.

• The assembly of electrical parts strictly conforms to European CE standards.

• Beam is made of steel. It is internally ribbed to stiffen the assembly; this design minimizes vibration while increasing accuracy and repeatability. 

• The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremely long life and ground for a perfect accuracy; The Z axis is driven by a hardened Germany rolling antibacklash ball screw.

• Each axis of motion is supported on high precision linear guideways that allow for higher feed speeds and a better quality of cut.

• The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.

• All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.
