CNC Granite Router Machine Features

• A water coolant mechanism for tool cooling is involved to suit for stone working. There is an iron sink under the aluminum profile. At the back of the pan, there is an outlet. The water goes into the pump via the outlet, and then it is delivered to the nozzles on both sides of the spindle to form a water circulation system.

• Heavy-load machine base is welded with thick-wall seamless steel tubes; it is processed via vibrating stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress. Six legs support it with adjustable leveling feet.

• Beam is made of steel. It is internally ribbed to stiffen the assembly; this design minimizes vibration while increasing accuracy and repeatability. 

• Anti-dust and anti-water design on X & Y axis is protection for the transmission part.

• The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremely long life and ground for a perfect accuracy; The Z axis is driven by a hardened Germany rolling antibacklash ball screw.

• Each axis of motion is supported on high precision linear guideways that allow for higher feed speeds and a better quality of cut.

• The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.

• The electric control cabinet is an independent type. And the controller – RichAuto A11 is hung on the hook on the side of the electronic cabinet.  

• The CNC system has support re-carving after break point and power failure.

• The assembly of electrical parts strictly conforms to European CE standards.

• All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.

• The loading work is pretty laborious because the stone is very heavy. To make it easier, we have installed four rollers on the front of the work bed.
