• The diamond tipped router bits has a single flute. Before starting the carving, the operator must ensure that the spindle rotates clockwise. If the spindle reverses, the blade tip will break quickly.

• As diamond blades are hard and brittle, you'd better replace the chuck and spindle nut regularly to ensure good concentricity of the bit clamping and prevent chipping caused by abnormal vibration.

Letters Not Over 15mm

Gentle reminder: Since the angles of these two tools are relatively small, the tool body's hardness will be low, so we need to take care and run them at a low speed.

Letters Ranging from 15mm to 30mm

The models including ET70-0.2, ET70-0.4, ET90-0.2, and ET90-0.4 are good for this application. Among them, we mainly recommend ET90-0.4 and ET70-0.4. If you want the engraved characters to be sharper, you can go with ET90-0.2 or ET70-0.2. However, please also be aware that the life of the 0.2 blade tip is relatively shorter compared with the 0.4 one.
