Ship A Mini CNC wood Lathe EA-TL1020ST To Japan

As per the agreement with the customer, EagleTec-CNC sent a mini CNC wood lathe to Japan by the end of July 2023. The shipment will depart from Qingdao, Shandong, and after approximately 4 days of sailing, it will arrive at Osaka Port in Japan. The entire transportation process, including land transportation and export customs clearance, will take around 10 days. So, the user can expect to receive the device approximately 10 days after we ship it out. 

Our best-selling model, the mini CNC wood turning lathe EA-TL1020ST, is popular among overseas users, particularly in Europe, America, and Japan. Despite its compact size, it boasts exceptional machining performance that rivals that of larger CNC woodworking lathes, thanks to its superior hardware configuration. It features a cast iron base, center sheath, and air-actuated tailstock, which are typically found on larger lathes and not commonly seen on other small lathes available in the market. This small cnc wood lathe is capable of turning wooden spindles that are less than one meter in length, with the same efficiency as a large lathe.

When packaging a machine, there are several steps that should be followed:

• It's important to apply an anti-rust treatment to the guide rails, leadscrews, and racks by brushing them with enough lubricating oil.

• Securely wrap the electrical control cabinet with PVC film. The machine should then be firmly fixed to the pallet of the packing box using wooden squares, and the pallet should be welded with steel pipes for easy loading and unloading with a forklift. After this, cover the machine with a large plastic cover and wrap it tightly with PVC film.

• Nail the wooden box and secure it with a metal cable tie.

The handheld controller is usually disassembled and put in a toolbox to prevent it from being bumped during shipping. After the user receives the machine, just plug it back.
