New 1212 CNC Router Ready for Shipping to Canada

The 1212 cnc router is a standard model among the entry-level wood router cnc machines, which refers to the equipment with the actual working size of 1200x1200mm (X/Y); In imperial, it is also known as 4x4 cnc router. Its common application areas are mainly woodworking and signage. It is perfect for milling, cutting, routing, and engraving with almost all non-metallic materials.

This new completed cnc 1212 router is built for a customer in Canada. It is equipped with an air-cooled 3.5kw spindle, steppers, YAKO YKA2811MA step drivers, and a vacuum working bed. From a configuration point of view, this is our high package.

Fast travel rate: 35,000mm/min

Max. cutting rate: 20,000mm/min

Max. engrave rate: 12,000mm/min 

• The machine base is welded by thick square steel tubes, and the weight of the whole machine is up to 700KGS. The installation base surface of the linear guide and rack is precision milled by a CNC metal machining center to obtain good machining accuracy.

• It comes with an air-cooled electric spindle; 3.5kw, 18000rpm, ER25 collet, Chinese brand.

• The motion drivers are high-end models from YAKO; model: YKA2811MA. There are four sets totally on the machine. They make the machine move at a speed of 35m/min.

• The machine uses an independent handheld CNC system: RichAuto A11E. We no longer need a computer to control the operation of the 4' x 4' cnc router. The whole system consists of a wiring board, data cable, and handheld controller.

• Independent electric cabinet (electronic house)

• To stop the machine as quickly as possible in an emergency, we have installed emergency stop buttons on both sides of the gantry. In this way, no matter which side of the machine the operator is standing on, he can quickly snap the emergency stop switch.

• It has a four-zone vacuum working bed.

• Other small electrical components use brand products, such as Schneider, CHNT, etc.

• Central lubricating for linear bearings and guides.
