• From the perspective of construction, ET-F20AF is a combination of a benchtop fiber laser marking machine and a conveyer belt. And the two work together through electronic communication.

• The conveyor serves as the auto-feed mechanism, which moves the parts or components to be engraved forward one by one. In the running state, stopping and starting is controlled by an optical fiber sensor.

• The conveyer belt is powered by a 120 Watt induction motor with RPM capacity of 1350.

• There is a speed controller for the conveyor; with it, the operator can set a proper auto-feeding speed as per the actual production requirement.

• The conveyor is equipped with an adjustable clamp for applications of components with different dimensions.

• The auto-feed system also involves a fiber-optical sensor and two pieces of pneumatic cylinders. When the part or component is sent to the detection area of the fiber-optical sensor by the conveyor belt, the sensor is then triggered and sends out signals to perform some actions, stopping the conveyor belt, popping out the blocking cylinder and then the positioning cylinder; at this time, the component is accurately positioned in the engraving area. Next, the laser starts to mark automatically. After the marking is completed, the automatic feeding system gives another signal to retract the two cylinders, and the conveyor belt starts again. • The marking head comes with a Wavelength scanning field mirror and SINO GALVO galvanometer; both are top-level branded items.

• On top of the laser marking head, there is a hand wheel that can make the head go up and down during the process of focal setting.
