• Supports AI/CS/PLT/PCX/DXF/DST/BMP/EZD and other formats, directly using SHX and TTF fonts.

• Support automatic encoding, printing serial number, batch number, date, barcode, QR code, etc.

• The software supports the design of any graphics, characters, and templates. Supports multiple languages including Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean, making it convenient and flexible.

Q & A

Q: What Is the Block Size We Can Engrave at a Time?

A: According to the specifications of the field lens, the maximum size of the block we can engrave at one time is 200mm x 200mm.

Q: The Pattern Located Between Two Blocks May Have Small Gaps And Misalignment; It Looks Like A Fingerprint And So I Assume The Small Gap Is Below 1mm, Then It Should Be Fine.

A: Correct. That small gap usually falls into the range of 0.2mm to 0.4mm. If your design doesn’t have any content right at the connection between the blocks, you won’t have to worry about any gaps or misalignment!

Q: How Would You Select The Artwork And Do The Engraving?

A: Large-format engraving consists of several pieces/sections. Before we start engraving, we set the engraving size of each piece in EZCAD. Then, the operating system will control the laser and the XY sliding table to engrave one by one according to the preset size.

Q: Just To Understand Correctly We Highlight The Complete Artwork Of 530mm X 250mm In EZCAD And The Engraver Will Start In Position To Left? And Do The Whole Engraving Without Any Intervention From The Technician?

A: That's correct. We highlight the complete artwork of 530mm x 250mm in EZCAD, and then set the origin. The engraving will start from the origin, and the whole engraving process does not require technician intervention.
