Benchtop 1KW Laser Cutter Features

• Ray tools BM111 auto-focus fiber laser cutter head. It optimizes the focusing process and thus makes machine operation easier. The head is in a closed hood, preventing dust from dropping on its delicate components.

• It comes with a Sunlite Laser generator model. ISUN-12G; and power is 1000 watts.

• The 6-meter long laser tube cutting device is on the left side of the flatbed. You can cut square, rectangular, and circular tubes with it.

• Both the front and rear chucks are air-actuated. Thanks to its automatic centering function, this makes the clamping of tubes very easy to handle. In addition, the side pipe cutting unit is equipped with several pneumatic roller stands, which facilitate the loading of heavy workpieces.

• Proper air compressor system which has air dryer oil separator.

• The 1KW fiber laser cutter is equipped with a standalone controller box with an air-conditioner on the back of it. The stand-up unit is optional; the standard configuration package does not include this option.

• A majority of electrical components are installed inside the control box. It has two sides; one side is installed with the drive components of each motion axis, that is, Yaskawa servo packs; the other side is installed with laser cutting control components and a computer.

• For 1000 watts fiber laser source, we have one S&A CWFL-1000 chiller equipped with it.

• As for the racks and rails, both are original items from Taiwan: PMI linear guides and YYC racks.

• To facilitate metal plate loading, several rollers are on the front of the flat cutting bed.
