Configuration Advantage Of 3 Axis CNC Foam Routing Machine

• To facilitate the clamping of the foam block with magnets, the working table is made of steel plate. Another advantage of this design is that it increases the stiffness of the machine by increasing its weight, ultimately achieving the goal of improving accuracy.

• Spindle is ATC electronic spindle dedicated for molds machining, 7.5kw power (10HP), water-cooled, 12,000 RPM, BT40 tool holder, which can hold foam routing bits with the Max. Diameter of 26mm. A chiller CW5200 is equipped with the spindle also. 

• CNC controller is SYNTEC from Taiwan, with handwheel included (also known as CNC pendant or manual pulse generator). 

• Delta servo as a motion driving system on X Y Z. It is an AC drive, which is a higher performing and zero maintenance system. Further, the motors are very smooth running and have outstanding acceleration and deceleration characters.   

• The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to meet the needs of fast and precise positioning.

It is packed in SKD mode. Beam and pillars should be knocked down and placed on the bed, then well fixed with straps and iron wires; finally, the whole set is tightly wrapped with PVC films for water-proof.
