EA-FW2540-4R, a 3D Foam milling machine with 4th rotary axis, has the power to machining or routing sculptures & props from EPS, Styrofoam, Polystyrene, EVA, PUR, etc.; it is also perfect for CNC modeling jobs made of wood, MDF, epoxy, foam, resin, etc. Its rotary is truly four-axis simultaneous. Based on this, it is a 4 axis foam milling machine; the 4 axes refer to X, Y, Z, and A (rotary). • In the design stage, we carried out a detailed force analysis of the entire mechanical structure. With the CAD system repeated argumentation, the mechanical structure was optimized accordingly; This is to prevent processing performance defects caused by unreasonable design. As we see, good structural design is critical to a high-quality CNC foam milling machine.
• In the manufacturing stage, the main construction of the styrofoam cnc machine is finished by a precision 5-axis CNC machining center (AWEA from Taiwan); It guarantees the machining accuracy of the parts. This is the basis for producing a high-quality 3D foam milling machine. Please imagine that, if we have bad precision parts, how can we build a good machine? It is impossible. Keep in mind that the machining technology of the parts determines the accuracy of them and thus affects the subsequent assembly errors.
• Quality control stage, all linear guides are measured and calibrated by a laser interferometer and a dial gauge; The machine's verticality and level are measured and corrected by the dial gauge and marble ruler; Machining accuracy is measured by cutting concentric circles. • The true 4-axis linkage rotary axis is ideal for 3D sculptures or props. You will have two options on diameter: 600mm and 800mm.
• The absolute value servo is matched with the planetary reducer as the drive unit; the acceleration and deceleration performance is excellent, and the operation is stable. Controlled via the SYNTEC cnc system, it ensures diagnostics of technical parameters of operation of the drive assemblies and units during machine operation for the purpose of no-failure operation of machine under the predetermined process conditions.

A: We supply PowerMILL software as the 3D software with the machine. Further, we provide you post-processor, which is developed by ourselves. You know, if you only have software without post-processor, you are not able to output toolpath files for the CNC.
A: As requested, we can send our technicians to do the installation, pre-commissioning, and training works at the customer’s site, and this is also the most effective way since they can guide you everything out face to face. The cost for sending engineers would be at your expense, and it mainly includes visa charges, transportation (air ticket/train ticket/bus ticket) cost, room, and food on your side, plus an allowance for the technician.
