Q: Does The Dust Boot Come Down Automatically Or Manually? 

A: You can lower the dust boot either automatically or manually. It offers three different ways to do so.

01. At the start of work, the control system automatically lowers the dust boot when the spindle is activated; upon completion of the job, the controller raises the dust boot automatically.

02. At any time, you can manually control its raising and lowering by clicking the icons in the control panel.

03. The hood can be driven with an M-code (programmable). You can easily set the dust boot to raise or lower automatically whenever you need it by using the M code. It's super handy!

• The spindle is an HSD brand tool change spindle imported from Italy; its power is 9.0KW, and the tool taper is ISO30. Perfect for all your machining needs!

• On one side of the spindle, there is a button for quick tool changes. This button allows you to easily lock and release the ISO30 tool taper with just a simple push!

• The phenolic vacuum adsorption bed is designed to stay strong and maintain its shape, so you never have to worry about it collapsing or deforming!

• The whole bed is divided into six small vac-sorb areas, each of which can be opened or closed individually using a ball valve located on the rear side of the base. This design allows us to choose whether to use the entire suction table or just a portion of it, depending on the size of the workpiece. It's all about making your experience as convenient as possible!

• Row type tool magazine with 8 positions.

• To save space, the control panel is designed to be cantilevered. To make things even more efficient, we abandon the individual cabinet and go for a side-mounted design instead.

• To facilitate tool changes, a tool lock holder compatible with ISO30 tool taper is installed on the rear side of the beam. With it, you can effortlessly change the tools you need!

• The automated wood router features an automatic lubrication unit. All you have to do is set the time interval for lubrication, and when it's time, the lubrication pump will kick in automatically to take care of the transmission parts of each moving axis. It's that easy!

• To keep the tool-changing spindle working smoothly and to prevent any oil or water from getting into its delicate gas circuit, we've installed a helpful oil-water separation device right at the front of the air circuit. This way, everything stays in great shape!

• Apply oil to the guide rails and lead screws to prevent them from rusting during the shipping process.

• Cover the workbed with cardboard and bubble pads; then, wrap the machine with stretch film.

• Carefully use a forklift to position the machine onto the base.

• Place the auxiliary equipment - vacuum pump on the machine table. The table should be padded with bubble pads and cardboard in advance to prevent it from being crushed by the vacuum pump.

• Put the toolbox and other accessories on the machine.

• Attach the machine to the base by driving several fixing stakes on the base.

• Use cable ties to firmly attach the accessories to the machine.

• Wrap the machine with foam pads.

• To keep the machine safe and dry, we cover it with a raincoat and wrap it up with stretch film. This way, your packaging will be both moisture-proof and waterproof!

• Finally, nail the baffles around the perimeter and then nail the top cover. We have completed the box sealing.

Q: Can I Use This Computer For CAD/CAM,Is It Windows 10?

A: For the best experience with your CAD/CAM program, it's a great idea to use an individual computer. The industrial host that comes with the machine is perfectly fine for operating the CNC, but it does have storage and performance constraints. I've attached a photo of the said host here for you to look over.

Q: Can I Use Vectric Soft Ware for this CNC Routing Table?

A: Yes, you can.

Q: How Do I Lubricate This CNC with ATC?

A: The machine is equipped with an automatic lubricating unit. Just set the time interval between oiling operations, and it will take care of automatically lubricating each axis when the time is up. I have also included a photo of the unit here.

Q: How Do I Get A Post Processor?

A: We've shipped quite a few CNC machines to the US! Some of our users are using the Vectric CAM program you mentioned, and so far, they haven’t requested a postprocessor. I believe Vectric should have a post-processor that is workable with our CNC operating system, maybe more than one. Once you receive your machine, we will gladly assist you in finding it. If not, don't worry at all, we will send you a post-processing file that you can add to your Vectric's post processor library at any time.
