Specification of 4 Axis Rotary CNC Machine

• Multi operating unit for 3D carving: clamping of the workpieces is through a head and tailstock system. The tailstock is a mobile carriage; the headstock is fixed at the rear of the machine and connected to the motion system. The operating unit can hold a workpiece up to 3 meters long. When processing 12 pieces at the same time, the maximum machining diameter of each unit is 150mm.

• Removable flat working table: the rotary cnc router is capable of both 3D carving and flat relief carving thanks to its dual working platform system. When 3D machining is needed, we will remove the flat platform and put it aside; when we want to process the flat-working operation, we will install the flat table. The two can be switched at will according to actual production requirements.

• The machine is driven by a full closed-loop AC servo system – the Yaskawa brand. Quiet and precise, it also has excellent acceleration and deceleration performance.

• The electric spindle is vital for a cnc router machine like this. We adopt constant-torque water-cooled spindles that are much more durable than conventional ones. From the actual feedback from customers for many years, this kind of spindle has a meager failure rate and the most extended life.

• The spindle clamp adopts the sort of adjustable height. With this clamp, you can easily adjust all spindles to the same height, which is very simple.

• The rotary axis cnc router machine is equipped with a WEIHONG 4-axis simultaneous motion controller based on the windows system. Probably you know that the tool path files of 3D carving are often very big; So, a computer is superior to a handheld DSP unit on the performance of both reading and running data.

A: It is simultaneous. So, the rotary router here is a real 4 axis cnc machine. What is the difference? If with the index one, you have to disable X instead of making rotary able to work.
