Specification of CNC Router 4 Axis Woodworking Machine

• Movable flat table for flat workpiece carving. Table size: 1300x1500mm.

If 4 heads work simultaneously, the caving area for each spindle is 11.8” W x 59” L (300mm x 1500mm).

If 1 head work only, the carving area can be 39.3” W x 59” L (1000mm x 1500mm)

• When we need to work on flat materials, we will install the flat table. When you mount it back, it looks like this:

• Four operating units for 3D machining is driven by two sets of stepping systems. Workpieces are clamped by a tail and head stock system.

• Four pieces of spike-type tailstock are on a mobile carriage to fit for workpieces with different lengths. The headstock is 3-jaw chucks and fixed at the end of the machine construction.

• It has four pieces of 2.2kw water-cooled spindles. 

• The 4 axis cnc router machine is equipped with a WEIHONG 4-axis simultaneous motion controller based on the windows system. The operating software is NC Studio, and it is in English. It can also prove that this is a 4 axis simultaneous cnc equipment as there is wrote X, Y, Z, and A. Please refer to the screenshot below:

• The whole machine has 6 sets of stepping motion systems, a combination of YAKO YKA2811MA and NEMA34 stepper motors. It is the most reliable one in the stepping mechanism.

The whole machine is equipped with four sets of Fuling converters, one for each spindle.

• Each spindle has its control unit to maximize the stability of the machine operation.

• For the whole set of equipment, we use the wrapping material to wrap it up to protect it from damage and moisture first.

• Then we fix the machine on the steel pallet to facilitate the loading and unloading operations of the forklift.

• Last, the machine is fully enclosed in the plywood case. Please refer to the picture below.

Q: What Is the 4 Axis Programming Software for This Machine?

A: It is the PowerMILL program. EagleTec CNC support team would like to provide you detailed tutorials of PowerMILL, including the post-processor if we work together. Q: I Use Fusion 360 And Vcarve Mainly for CAD And Tool Path Generation. Is It Possible To Get The Post-Processor File To See If It Can Be Adapted To Either One Of These Programs?

A: Our post-processor doesn't work with Fusion 360 or Vcarve; it is written particularly for PowerMILL.

Q: If PoweMILL Is Used To Generate The Tool Paths, What Software Is Used To Send The G-Code To The Machine?

A: The EA-4A3015K comes with an NC Studio CNC motion control system, which is based on Windows OS. After generating the G-code, simply load it into NC Studio and let the machine run.

Q: What Kind of Warranty Do You Offer for This 4 Axis CNC Router?

A: It's a 12-months warranty since the departure. Under warranty, you’ll enjoy free replacement for any broken parts except the Vulnerable parts. After that, we provide you with constant free online support; for spare parts replacement, it will be charged based on the cost of the raw materials.

Q: Can you arrange transport for me to my country? If so, through which service would the transport to me be organized so that I could organize myself around hiring a forwarding service that would perform the rest of the necessary procedure?

A: Yes, we will be pleased to do that for you. We will get the CNC shipped to you by sea. This work will be done by me and my forwarder. You are right. You'll need to hire a forwarding service to pick it up at the port of entry and transport it to your workshop. Also, if you have a customs broker, you can ask them to do the import clearance for you. If you don't know a broker, it doesn't matter, my broker can do that for you also. The costs of this will be on your account.

Q: What Steps Are Needed to Secure Shipping/Crating, etc?

A: If we arrange the shipment from China to your freight hub, we will apply the insurance for the transportation from the port of departure to the destination; the policy covers all risks as per the Ocean Marine cargo clause.

Q: Would The Item Have to Be Sent to A Business Address? Would A Dock Be Needed for Unloading?

A: We know you are talking about the door-to-door delivery service. Typically, we will take care of getting the machine to the closest freight hub to your location, and you will have to coordinate a delivery service to pick it up and transport it to your address. This option has been chosen since it is the most practical and cost-effective choice available. We are situated in China, which is geographically distant from your location. In the event that we arrange for the shipment to be delivered directly to your address, the associated fees would be notably higher than if you were to make arrangements locally. It would be advisable for you to take charge of the final shipping to your address, as this would prove to be a more economical solution.

Q: Please make me a recommendation for the purchase of spare parts that are subject to rapid wear.

A: We offer some wearing parts along with the machine for free. They include fuse - 3 pieces, belts - 2 pieces, on/off button - 1 piece, emergency stop switch - 1 piece, and limit sensor - 2 pieces. If you feel these are not enough, please let me know. We will quote you their pricing.

Q: What Is the Shipping Way?

A: It would be shipped by sea from our factory to your seaport as common practice.
