We adopt the 4-axis simultaneous cnc controller of Taiwan brand - SYNTEC, which is known for its excellent stability and precision control. Furthermore, it comes with a handheld pulse generator (MPG) to facilitate the workpiece zero point setup.

• In the machine design stage, considering that the spindle's swing will occupy the X-axis stroke, to ensure that the X-axis can still reach the processing range of 1300mm during 4-axis machining, we deliberately lengthen the beam by a corresponding length.

• T-slot vacuum working table.

• The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.

• An independent floor-standing electrical control cabinet with three-color warning lights allows the operator to check the machine's real-time running status even if he is not in front of the device.
